I was following my friend (the silver Subaru directly in front) and then this guy shoots past me on the right in the right turn only lane (I am pretty sure that he cut through the shoulder to pass me). He then crosses the solid white line of the turn only lane to get back onto the road in front of my friend and shoots off. Then another car comes from behind and starts tailgaiting the guy in the passing lane and cuts me off to pass the guy. Possibly racing?
